DO I NEED HELP WITH MY SLEEP?

Sleep problems can come in many forms.  If you have difficulty with falling asleep, staying asleep, or getting up too early you may suffer from insomnia, and may benefit from treatment.

Other insomnia symptoms can include:
  • Difficulty paying attention, focusing on tasks or remembering things during the day
  • Continual worries about sleep
  • Not feeling rested after a night's sleep
  • Increased irritability, depression and/or anxiety

Sometimes, people who have low energy and poor sleep have a sleep disorder other than insomnia, such as sleep apnea or restless leg syndrome. At your intake assessment, these will be evaluated and if possible, we'll work with your primary care physician and coordinate the appropriate treatment.

Arizona Sleep & Health also offers treatment alternatives for those do not have insomnia, but could still benefit from evidence based techniques to improve their symptoms.
