Do I need help with my sleep?

Sleep problems can come in many forms.  If you have difficulty with, falling asleep, staying asleep, or getting up too early you may benefit from treatment.

In addition to problems during the night, if you are not sleeping well you  may also feel tired during the day, have difficulty concentrating, and feel more irritable.  By improving the quality of your sleep, improving your sleep can help you or someone you know feel better, have increased productivity, and have more energy.

Sometimes, people who have low energy and poor sleep have a sleep disorder other than insomnia, such as sleep apnea or restless leg syndrome. At your intake assessment, these will be evaluated and if possible, we'll work with your primary care physician and coordinate the appropriate treatment.

Arizona Sleep & Health may also offer treatment alternatives for those do not have insomnia, but could still benefit from evidence based techniques to improve their symptoms.
